CHAS

Constructionline Silver Member

Constructionline is dedicated to helping its members simplify procurement tasks, reduce risk, keep pace with legislation and build relationships between its members. Originally created as a Government department, for over 20 years Constructionline has been supporting thousands of businesses across the public and private sectors. 

EDA 

Founded in 1914, the EDA is the UK's trade association for electrical wholesalers, that join as Members. Wholesale distributors are the essential link between manufacturers of electrotechnical products and the electricians and electrical contractors who install them. The EDA supports and represents UK wholesalers that join as Members, with Affiliated Membership open to manufacturers, solution providers and service providers.

HEA

Established in 2011, the HEA (Highway Electrical Association) is a trade association with a history expanding over 65 years. The HEA was formed by the amalgamation of ASLEC (The Association of Signals, Lighting and other Highway Electrical Contractors) and HEMSA (The Highway Electrical Manufacturers and Suppliers Association). The HEA is one of the largest and most influential bodies within the sector, representing over 100 organisations whose contract services range from street lighting and traffic signals to highway communications. 

The LIA

The Lighting Industry Association has been representing the lighting industry for over 100 years and has an established reputation for representing and assisting lighting related companies. The LIA – Lights the pathway to Industry Expertise, Knowledge and Compliance. Their mission, through collaboration, is to  develop the quality, safety and performance of the UK Lighting Industry.

SELECT

SELECT is the trade association for the electrical contracting industry in Scotland.
Founded in 1900 as The Electrical Contractors’ Association of Scotland, it was the first trade association in the world to serve the electrical industry. SELECT has around 1,250 Member businesses, each working to stringent membership criteria and accredited to one or more of ten technical disciplines. These Member companies have a collective turnover of around £1 billion, and provide employment for 15,000 people and 3,500 apprentices.

SMAS

SMAS Worksafe is a registered member Scheme of Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP). They are a H&S Assessment organisation that takes great pride in professionalism, customer service and efficiency. All of their Assessors are qualified H&S professionals, have completed the SSIP Assessor Training and are audited annually by an independently appointed SSIP Auditor.
