Thorn Lighting Limited’s gender pay gap data report as of April 2022 is:

  • Woman’s hourly rate is 24.7% lower (mean) and 17.6% lower (median)
  • Top salary quartile has 81.55% men and 18.45% women
  • Upper middle salary quartile has 74.8% men and 25.2%  women
  • Lower middle salary quartile has 52.4% men and 47.6% women
  • Lower salary quartile has 37.5% men and 62.5% women
  • 12% of men and 4.3% of women received bonus pay


The gender pay gap reporting requirements for reporting year 2021/22 have been successfully submitted to UK Government on time and as per requirements
