•    Woman’s hourly rate is 20.9% lower (mean) and 10.4% lower (median)
•    Top salary quartile has 81.7% men and 18.3% women
•    Upper middle salary quartile has 66.7% men and 33.3%  women
•    Lower middle salary quartile has 63.4% men and 36.6% women
•    Lower salary quartile has 34.6% men and 65.4% women
•    Women’s bonus pay is 44.8% lower (mean) and 21.1% lower (median)
•    15.6% of men and 7% of women received bonus pay
